That would be Japanese advertising. She's handing out small tissue packages that contain some sort of paper ad on one side. Its brilliant. I haven't bought kleenex in ages. And I can't really read the ads so basically its like getting free kleenex with pretty pictures on one side. Oooooh, a cartoon lady wearing rabbit ears holding a thingy with writing on it.
