Do they have department store santas over there?
I remember seeing tinsel at the 100 yen store in OCAT in August last year! I think I even have a photo to prove it
They sometimes do! But I will be posting a video thats even better than a store santa :D

Yes, tinsel is widely available here, but I'm not really sure if Japanese people really know what to do with it!
That is one sad little tree. My local Starbucks had its Christams stuff up in early November. I love coffee.
