Sorry but I just love
architecture that is carved stone
even hand crafted

Nothing wrong with modern
architecture and modern glass

but stonemasonry was a guild
all of its own!

It is a little sad how industrial we have become. I agree that stonemasons were true artists. You had to be skilled my friend! And that stone is tough to cut through too!
